How do I return goods?
You have 14 days to return the goods. The product must not be damaged and must be packed in its original packaging. In short, send the goods back to us in the same condition in which you received them.
To return goods purchased from us, simply download and complete the return form below and send it to us at: office@her-her.eu
The basis for the refund is the receipt, which you must attach to the returned item along with a correctly completed refund form.

Returns can also be made using the aPaczka ProReturns option. The cost of return shipping is PLN 14 (courier delivery) and will be deducted from the refund amount of the paid order.
